Deposit - The total cost of 1 Night plus tax will be charged at time of booking.
General Hotel Policies
Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out is at 11 a.m. on your day of departure.
The Summit Lodge is an entirely non-smoking facility including guest rooms, balconies and terraces. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas outside.
We regret that we cannot accept pets or allow pets on the premises.
Our quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. and end between 7 and 8 a.m. Please be considerate of other guests during these hours and keep noise to a minimum including TV volume.
A credit card authorization is required at check-in. Payment for your balance, including charges billed to your room, is due upon check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for authorization and payment. You may also pay the balance with cash at check out. Personal checks are not accepted.
Rates are based on 1 or 2 guests in the room, additional fee for additional guest(s) will apply at a rate of $40 per night, per child (ages 5-12) or $50 per night per adult (aged 13 and up).
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. After 14 days prior to arrival if you choose to change or cancel this booking you will forfeit the entire amount of the original booking.
